Scott's story

Scott lives in Vancouver, Canada, with his marvelous wife, five wonderful kids, three international homestays, and two dogs. It's a busy house!

He enjoys helping people and facilitating whatever needs to get done, which makes a career in operations and delivery a perfect fit.

One thing he'd like to do more of is travel.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Spending time with family and friends, home renovations, woodworking, and outdoor activities (hiking, bicycling, and skiing).

What's on your bucket list?

Travel more. I enjoy immersing myself in diverse cultures with rich histories where I can pick up some fascinating tidbits of information.

How did you get to where you are in your career?

I have lots of kids!

I’ve been blessed, taken some responsibilities, learned lots, and have had the great fortune of meeting amazing people.

Why is data important to you?

It is very much a driver for business decisions and change.

What is one of your favorite quotes and why?

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” –John 15:13.

This resonates with me because I value family and friendship.

What advice would you give your younger self?

I was a bit too shy in my 20s.
